She has been working as Urban Planning Coordinator in Marmara Municipalities Union (MMU) since 2014. At the same time, she is the director of the Urban Policy Center (UPC), which conducts scientific researches, workshops, and activities within the MMU She is the editor of Şehir & Toplum (City & Community in English) magazine, which is a periodical publication of Marmara Municipalities Union Culture Publications. She was the Program Coordinator of Marmara Urban Forum (MARUF) which was organized for the first time in 2019. She completed her undergraduate education in Urban and Regional Planning in the Faculty of Architecture at İzmir Institute of Technology, and then she finished her graduate studies in Urban Design at Istanbul Technical University. She is currently working towards her doctorate degree on Urban and Regional Planning at Istanbul Technical University. She is continuing her academic research in Turkish Network of Urban Morphology (TNUM). She is interested in areas such as urban morphology, property relations, urban design, local government and participation, urban indicators, and mapping as well as graphic design, painting, and comic book making.
